Service description: MediaLift provides free, automated image format conversion tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Acceptable use: you agree not to upload any file you do not have the legal right to use, and not to use MediaLift to process illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

File size and limits: uploads are limited to 20 MB per file. We reserve the right to adjust this limit or add additional usage limits to maintain service quality for all users.

No warranty: MediaLift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that converted files will be free of errors or perfectly identical in every respect to the source file.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaLift and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

Changes to these terms: we may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
